STONEWARE TILE
With an ever grateful nod to Henry Chapman Mercer ( I am a Graduate Apprentice of The Moravian Pottery and Tile Works, Bucks County Pa.) this modest contribution of Farm and Folk Tile is inspired by a childhood rubber stamp collection, block print images, hooked rug patterns, and butter molds. Each tile is hand-painted in polychrome glaze and notched in the back to hang for display.
